Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general office administrative and secretarial support to Managing Director
  • Communicate with internal & external parties on business issues, liaise with business partners in other countries
  • Involve in business & personal activities with confidential information and contract document management
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary documents
  • Responsible for client servicing and act as key client contact point
  • Event organization and liaison with third parties

Requirements:

  • Diploma or University Degree Holder
  • 3 years office administration /secretarial support experiences
  • Good attitude and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Fluency in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
