Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide general office administrative and secretarial support to Managing Director
- Communicate with internal & external parties on business issues, liaise with business partners in other countries
- Involve in business & personal activities with confidential information and contract document management
- Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary documents
- Responsible for client servicing and act as key client contact point
- Event organization and liaison with third parties
Requirements:
- Diploma or University Degree Holder
- 3 years office administration /secretarial support experiences
- Good attitude and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Fluency in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
