Job description:

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial, personal assistant and administrative support to President and General Manager including business matter and personal assistance;
• Assist President in supervising all the department, executing company’s policy and motivating the team;
• Responsible for all business related matters;
• Drafting of correspondence, memo and email in an accurate manner;
• Assist President in meeting with clients and preparation of meeting summaries
• Handle extensive business reports, management reports and a wide range of presentation materials;
• Provide HR duties;
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external business parties;
• Manage ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by President

Job requirements:
• Degree or above in management or business administration;
• At least 3 years of PA/Administrative/Secretarial experience;
• Efficient, diligent, detail-oriented, reliable and pro-active;
• Must be independent, detail-minded, well-organized and multitasking;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• High standard of integrity and confidentiality;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook) and Chinese word processing
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Occasional travel is required
• Immediate available is highly preferred
