Bridges Home Services has an urgent need for Unity and the surrounding area.

We are looking for reliable, mature, and caring candidates that would like to make a difference in the lives of seniors and adults with disabilities. By becoming a Personal Support Specialist for Bridges, you are part of a network of professionals and caregivers all working together to help our consumers maintain their independence.

Candidates need to have a reliable transportation and a positive work ethic. While assisting our consumers with their daily needs, PSSs are required to help with personal care and hygiene, toileting, meal prep, and light housekeeping. Our Personal Support Specialists work independently out in the field and are supported by the Regional Coordinator that supervises their area. While experience is preferred, we provide training for new hires through orientation, job shadows and a reimbursed Personal Support Specialist Certification course.

Our staff are per diem, with up to 40 hours a week available. Shifts vary between 2- 12 hours each depending on the client, with paid travel in between homes. Shifts are available for weekends, evenings and overnights as well as daytimes.
