As a Teaching Assistant/ Personal Tutor, you will take an active role in ensuring your Students’ educational success and satisfaction with their English course through effective coaching, motivation, and support. You will be part of a multicultural team and contribute to Students’ learning by creating a fun interactive learning environment. Students will look up to you to help them achieve their goals and develop life-long learning skills.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that Students learn English by following the Wall Street English Method
• Conduct orientation classes and Social Club activities
• Assist Students with multimedia lessons and digital book materials
• Help Students reach the level of fluency and comprehension established in their course by providing motivation and specific constructive study advice
• Create and maintain a fun, all-English learning environment
• Provide administrative support to the centre when needed

Requirements:

• Excellent level of English
• Native or near-native Cantonese is a MUST
• University Degree holder, preferably in English Studies
• Experience living in an English speaking country is an advantage
• Teaching/Tutoring Experience
• Good Interpersonal skills
• Friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic
• A high level of flexibility and adaptability
• Fresh Graduates are welcome

Full Time position will be located in Tsuen Wan centre
