1 year experience as personal assistant
Good command in written and spoken English, Chinese and conversational Mandarin is preferred
Proficient PC knowledge I MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Positive attitude, self-motivated, initiative, detail-minded,
responsible, hardworking and can work under pressure
Outstanding organizational and time management skill
Ability to multitask and priorities daily workload
Strong interpersonal, communication skills, problem solving skills & can work independently
Responsibility:
Organize and maintain filling system, handle and storage of confidential documents &deliver any ad hoc duties as assigned
Manage daily schedule / meetings and appointments
Handle requests and queries appropriately
Provide full range of personal support and business/office administrations to manager
