Job Description

Job Outputs:

You will support Specialists on the resolution of HR related requests with focus on personnel administration and benefits. You will act as senior level contact for HR customers, provide advisory and responses to complex HR related inquiries & internal and external audits.

You will ensure efficient and effective use of the HR IT Applications systems Management of SAP PA and PY modules, CCM, BMW Group & Me and Elida as well as act as Technical point of contact for the advice and support of retained HR services team members/ service provider in terms of processes and IT systems

Responsible to resolve HR related requests with focus on personnel administration and benefits with level of complexity e.g. creating certificates and letters, updating / maintaining employee personal and job-related data

Provide support to the HR Services advisors on relevant HR processes (incl. definition, documentation, validation & training)

Forwarding employee inquiries with regards to Payroll and HR to HR Advisors when in-depth functional knowledge is required

Supporting HR Specialist team members in resolving queries regarding specific PA and Benefits subjects

Act as Trainer for relevant processes (PA-Benefits)

Provide continuous support on audits and forecasting

Supporting on relevant activities in regards to IT new requirements as well as processes (documentation, testing).

You will take ownership for the roll out and delivery of projects that actively drive process and quality improvement.

You will develop and enhance HR Services and administration processes to optimise performance, efficiency and effectiveness for both the employees and the business and ensure accuracy of data.

You will also ensure that payroll administration complies with all statutory, legal and third party requirements (e.g. tax, returns, BCEA, LRA, COID, Skills Act, Pension Fund Act, Medical Aid, Retirement Fund, etc.)

We require a Service specialist in the area of PA & Benefits focusing on higher value HR administration tasks such as HR reporting, Onboarding, Termination, Absences, Contractual employee documentation.

Minimum requirements

  • Degree in HR / Payroll Management
  • 3 years extensive payroll management and data administration experience
  • SAP PA, PY, PT and MS Office Knowledge
