BEUMER Machinery (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. located in Qingpu Shanghai and BEUMER Group Hong Kong Co., Ltd. located in HKSAR are two legal entities of BEUMER Group in China.

Job Description

- Collect C&B information like market practice and government laws & regulation.

- Participate in salary and benefits surveys.

- Give advice to develop and administer C&B policies and procedures.

- Be responsible for Human & Resources employment issues (hiring and termination processes and labor law issues, contract renewals and dismissals).

- Personnel records maintenance (job history, leave accrual records and details of illness, absences and transfers, etc.)

- Prepares statistical summaries and special reports from operation system. Submit all necessary reports accurately and timely, such as attendance analysis reports, leave report, OT report, turnover report, etc.

- In charge of the application of Shanghai residence permit points for non-Shanghai employees.

- Be responsible for applying the benefits from government, such as talent apartment.

- Daily management of dormitory.

- Ensure that all works which responsible for are in accordance with company processes and related laws and regulations of China.

Qualifications

- Bachelor Degree and relevant Major

- Good written and spoken English

- Familiar with C&B market situation

- Good understanding of government policy and regulation

- At least 3 years related working experience in foreign companies.

- Strong sense of confidentiality.

- Good communication (one-on-one, writing skills, presentation skills) and coordination skills.

- Quick response and efficient working style

- Ability to work independently and work under pressure.

- Team work spirit.
