Role Highlights & Background

 

In line with Demand of the Future, the role of Brand & PO Director has been set-up reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director Europe. A team of 5 direct reports report into the Brand & PO Director. The POX manager is part of the Brand & PO team and reports therefore also directly to the Brand & Pet Owner Director Europe.

 

The purpose of the role is to build best in class 1-to-1 relationships with pet owners through journey orchestration and marketing automation. You will develop and execute the Pet Owner Experience strategy and CRM strategy, including recommendation and retention.

 

Close collaboration with the Global Pet Owner Experience team. Within the regional team close collaboration with the Brand Experience manager, the Data manager and e.g. also the D2C manager driving the Pet Owner Experience through insights, activation and automation.

What would be your key responsibilities?

• Build best in class 1-to-1 relationships with pet owners through journey orchestration and marketing automation
• Develop and execute the Pet Owner Experience and CRM strategy, including recommendation and retention
• Deploy and activate global pet owner experience strategic priorities and programs in the markets to enable pet health impact
• Build pet owner experiences throughout the pet owner journey, mapping key touchpoints and golden moments and deploying (Global) digital solutions, such as rewards programs
• Continuously activate pet owner databases and drive a recency, frequency and monetary value mindset
