The role operates across Petcare Nutrition, collaborating with Mars Digital Technology teams, technology partners and Mars business units stakeholders, to deliver data and analytics projects within the region while embracing digital methods and tools such as Agile, Design Thinking, Data&Analytics and drive the "Zero Distance to the Customer" agenda. The role provides the opportunity to work closely with the marketing/D2C business functions to understand and solve the business challenges while inspiring and bringing digital provocations.

 

What are we looking for?

• A strong background in Project Management with a focus on Digital marketing (CRM, SEO/SEM, GA…), D2C, Marketing technology, Consumer data management.
• Experience in Consumer Data Driven Marketing/Direct to consumers projects delivery, Digital strategy definition, Digital Marketing operating Model
• Familiar with Salesforce marketing cloud and/or other CRM, DMP, CPD, D2C a and SEO/SEM, Data and analytics technologies  

 

What would be your key responsibilities?

• Identify, scope and prioritise business problems leveraging a strong industry understanding
• Be a proposition force while ideating solution to business problems, bringing early perspective including art of the possible in data & analytics space
• Manage the delivery of Digital capabilities in the areas of Data Driven marketing and D2C including coordination with internal Mars technology platform teams and 3rd party technology vendor
• Play the role of business translator between the product owner and the third party technology partner ensuring business requirements are well understood and delivered by developers in the appropriate quality standard.
• Oversees the build and delivery of the digital application through the Development team and ensures successful handover to the Support Service teams.
