Key Responsibilities/职位描述

• Operational excellence -- Lead the shift to execute safety and Q&FS requirements to assure safe working place and high quality products, and timely deliver product in efficient way, including ATS, TRS, NQC continuous improving. As a production area manager, lead cross team members to continuous improvement in the area.
• Incident management -- Work with Q&FS and safety teams to deal with safety and Q&FS related incidents. To be responsible for information collection, Level 1 problem solving and communication…etc.
• Develop a continuous improvement culture (MSE) – As a production area manager, lead to drive AWT deployment in the area, and utilize 7 MSE Pillars to drive business results improvement including safety, service, efficiency, cost improvement, and associates capability building.
• Building effective team– Building high performance team behaviors with a strong sense of belonging, team spirit and pride. Through daily coaching, mentoring and feed backing associates to support direct reports development and improve their engagement.

Qualifications/任职条件

• Bachelor degree or above
• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in manufacturing team leader, food and food related industry experience is preferred.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• High learning agility and adaptability. Drive for personal development.
