Key Responsibilities/职位描述

  1. Lead China development/ deployment activities which support business growth, improve equipment efficiencies, reduce waste and improve process capabilities; Ensure the technical solution is in line with the pack brief and delivers consumer relevant KQAs 
  2. Own Pack process and material specifications for all technologies – Wet, Dry and C&T in responsible packaging related projects; Responsible for the execution of the regional packaging handover and troubleshooting escalation processes in HPT; Serve as functional lead for packaging development in supply expansion project and provide technical recommendation to Project Control Group (PCG); Responsible for the packaging technology asset for development work and CAB activities in Asia  
  3. Collaborate with key stakeholders (SDT/SUPPLY/ENG/Q&FS) in the handover (H1) process on site when there is new pack, change in packaging specification, pack process change, new Q&FS standard, supplier change or new supplier; Partnership with marketing team, d com team to form packaging technology road map based on innovation plan, assess & develop packing process and machine properly to fit for market packaging strategy and packing technical requirements, responsible for wet commissioning; Partner with Packaging GIC to leverage global technology development for regional deployment
  4. Participate in problem solving and troubleshooting activities to resolve recurrent packaging issues that impact quality, cost and efficiency in the total supply pipeline.
  5. Identify and deliver the cost saving opportunities through material selection, process and design optimization

 

Qualifications/任职条件

1. Education & Professional Qualification

Food Science, engineering, chemistry, or equivalent MS degree preferred.

2. Knowledge/Experience

•Up to 5 years packaging technology and material development experience in a Food Manufacturing environment working in Quality, Food Safety, Engineering, or Packaging/Process Development

•Working knowledge of food processing and packaging technology is highly preferred

3. Network

The role will operate dependent on the network of technical associates within the Region, other Regions, from GICs, Industries
