Lead and oversee smooth commissioning and operation of pharmacy departments. 领导监管药房各部门的筹备及平稳运行

• Develop pharmacy policy and standard operating procedure. 制定药房政策及标准操作流程

• Ensure all procedures conform to legal and hospital policy.确保药房所有流程符合法律及医院政策

• Manage the development commissioning, daily operation, solves operation problems to ensure smooth setting up and operation. 监管药房筹备和日常工作，解决并确保平稳运营

• Establish pharmacy inventory management system to optimize pharmacy inventory and budget control. 建立库存管理系统以优化库存和预算控制

• Establish drug quality and safety monitor system, handling the quality complaints. 建立药品质量安全监控体系，处理质量投诉

• Monitor and review the drug safety and treatment risk during clinical treatment schemes. 监控和审查临床治理方案中的药品安全和治疗风险

• Develop and deliver educational, training and development programs for pharmacy staff. 为药房专业人员提供发展及教育或培训计划

• Organize and play important role in pharmacy and therapeutics committee(PTC) meeting. 组织药事管理与药物治疗学委员会并发挥重要作用

• Accuracy and timeliness of prescription dispensing.处方调剂的准确率和及时性

• Manage staff as well as to lead, develop and operate a major pharmacy service. 有效进行人员管理，带领和发展药房运营

• Develop and implement the related pharmacy program and other business needs. 发展并实施与药房相关项目和其他需求

Qualifications & Experience

• Master or above equivalent in pharmacy or clinical pharmacy from accredited institution 正规院校硕士及以上药学或临床药学专业毕业

• Chinese professional title with senior pharmacist/chief pharmacist. 主管药师或主任药师以上职称

• Minimum 10 years working experience in hospital/community pharmacy, more than 4 years as management position. 至少10年药房工作经验，管理经验不少于4年

• Professional and communication skills. 具备专业知识和沟通技巧

• Abundant management knowledge skills 丰富的管理知识和技巧

Excellent in written as well as spoken in Mandarin and English. 优秀的中英文书写和口语表达能力
