Assist Purchasing pharmacist to manage the inventory of Store Pharmacy and Main Pharmacy
？ Purchase order and goods receipt
？ Inspect meds delivered to pharmacy
？ Proper storage of medicines
？ Ensure sufficient medicine & consumable supply for daily use
？ Periodical stocktake
？ 协助库管专员以确保药品有合理储备
？ 确保货架药品充足，参与定期药房盘点以确保库存准确。
Other tasks:
？ Assist in compounding extemporaneous preparation.
？ Work as a team in the Pharmacy Department
？ Vaccine procurement from CDC and records
？ Special pharmacy projects as assigned by pharmacy manager
？ Participate in Group duties led by Senior pharmacists for public holidays
？ Documents management

Supplemental duty if required by manager:
IV Admixture Room:
？ Under the supervision and upon completion of validation protocols, compound daily intravenous medicines, parenteral nutritions and chemotherapeutic drugs in IVAR
？ Daily and periodical deep cleaning of biological hoods and IVAR
？ Maintain and manage medicines and consumables inventory and expiry dates at IVAR
Communicate immediately with pharmacist whenever any issue arises during iv medicine compounding
Ownership of IVAR and can resolve issues related to IVAR

静脉配液中心工作，协助药师准备药品（经培训及合格审核后）：
？ 调配静脉注射液,肠外营养液及静脉化疗药物
？ 确保静脉配液中心的药品和医疗物品充足有效
？ 保持静脉配液中心干净整洁
？ 配液时出现问题及时和药师沟通处理
？ 配液中心出现问题知道如何解决

2. In Patient Pharmacy:
？ Daily in patient medication replenishment at the ward and to OR
？ Injectable meds inventory top up and labeling
？ 在住院药师的指导下，根据住院药房相关规定准备药品
？ 注射药品贴标签

3. Out Patient Pharmacy:
？ Prepare medicines packed by pharmacist in Trak
？ Replenish non-injectable meds shelves including OTC
？ Assist pharmacist in settling the daily Fill-on-arrival meds
？ Responsible for receiving and transferring of phone calls
？ 协助药师调剂药品
？ 保持药房及药库的干净整洁，库存充足.
？ 负责转接电话，自己能解答的问题自己解答，不能解答的转给其他药剂师
