Job Description
岗位职责: 该人力资源经理旨在根据公司发展战略,与业务部门合作,制定和实施各项人事制度、政策和流程,包括人员配置、薪酬福利、培训发展、员工关系管理等,以实现员工高敬业度和高绩效的组织文化。 1. 组织制定人力资源战略规划及需求计划,有效推动外部招聘渠道的建立与拓展,同时通过组织评估、人才盘点、人才发展与保留等方式,不断完善内部人才梯队培养与建设。 2. 配合完善各部门及个人关键业绩指标制定,负责组织实施绩效考核工作,持续改进及完善绩效考核体系。 3. 管理并确保薪酬制度有效执行,根据公司发展及规划,结合行业薪酬数据,优化薪酬福利体系。 4. 调研业务部门培训需求,拟定有效的培训计划与方案,协调内、外部资源推行培训工作,并评估培训结果,建立培训档案等。 5. 统筹管理各项人力资源数据,确保数据准确性,通过数据分析为管理优化提供数据支持。 6. 负责员工关系事务的处理,包括公司管理制度及员工奖惩机制的有效推动落实。 7. 熟悉与人力资源相关的国家、地方法律法规,完善公司人力资源相关管理制度和工作流程,并推动落实规范操作。 8. 负责企业文化的宣导,建立有效的员工沟通渠道,增强员工凝聚力与创造力。 9. 完成上级交办的其他任务。 Qualifications 职位要求: 1. 本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、工商管理或相关专业。 2. 十年以上人力资源相关工作经验,并拥有三年以上人力管理岗位经验,有相关行业经验者优先。 3. 良好的业务敏锐度,以结果为导向,责任心强。 4. 具有优秀的组织协调和沟通谈判能力,有能力处理冲突和化解困难,抗压能力强。 What you will get from us Eaton’s mission is to improve the quality of life and the environment through the use of power management technologies and services.
