Job Description

The mission of Intel's Programmable Solutions Group (PSG) is to drive the future for FPGAs and Structured ASICs technology/solutions around the globe.

With the Physical Design Team, you'll be surrounded by some of the brightest minds/engineers in the world as we are responsible for RTL to GDS/Tape-out includes synthesis, place and route, clock tree synthesis, static timing analysis and physical verification.

Responsibilities may be quite diverse of a technical nature. U.S. experience and education requirements will vary significantly depending on the unique needs of the job. Job assignments are usually for the summer or for short periods during breaks from school.

Length of the internship: 9+ months with the possibility to extend it as per business needs.

This is an entry level position and it will be compensated accordingly.


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Requirements

The candidate must be pursuing a Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

6+ months experience in some of the following:

  • C, TCL, or Verilog

Preferred Qualifications

6+ months experience in some of the following:

  • VLSI Design

  • Digital Design

  • CMOS SOC Design

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, Colorado:
$52,000.00-$147,000.00
