This position is based at any Eaton facility in the U.S. Position Overview: Deliver, maintain, and update technology solutions in Eaton's Physical Security space that addresses business and technical requirements, leveraging standard principles and patterns. In this function you will: Provides subject matter expertise to and lead platform and system design, development, and implementation. Works with resources across functions to deliver technology and platform solutions to meet customer requirements, providing solution options and highlighting operational or security risks. Tunes and configures technologies and platforms to meet customer and operational requirements. Coordinates and regularly updates technology, platform, and documentation to ensure operational health and security. Monitor’s technology and platform to ensure required performance, availability, and capacity. Identifies gaps in monitoring and potential impact on service delivery. Continuously seeks to manage and utilize technology and platform more efficiently. Follows industry, organization, and ITIL best practices to maximize quality and efficiency. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: High school diploma required A minimum of 3 years in Physical Security solutions is required No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Experience with the Enterprise Lenel Physical Security solutions is required.
