Position Summary

Ensure Physical Security operations are in place, to supervise guard force deployment and all

Security systems in compliance of Payment Card Industry – Data Security Standard or PCI-DSS.

Will be responsible to act as ground commander in any forms of events that may occur within the

area of responsibility as amended details to the contract agreement between the client and

security provider or agency, hence, from time to time they should report to the Physical Security

Manager or Facilities Manager.

Functional Responsibilities

Supervise the performance of Uniformed Guards

1. Define responsibilities of security posts.

2. Assess and coordinate support to other departments, through uniformed guards when needed.

3. Ensure that guards are trained and well-aware of the security policies of the organization.

Definition and implementation of Security Policies and Procedures

1. Implementation of Security policies according to client requirements.

2. Definition and implementation of procedures according to site requirements.

3. Creation of security formats, support documents, and procedure control documentation.

4. Ensure the compliance of all implemented policies and procedures.

Investigation processes in cases of criminal acts and procedure violation.

1. Verification support of evidence in security systems for minor cases.

2. Evidence evaluation in major or specific cases.

3. Interview process for personnel in major or specific cases.

Provide emergency security support to employees for all sites.

1. Implementation of policies and procedures for emergency security support.

2. Coordination of emergency response.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree, preferably major in a technical course (Engineering, Architectural, Interior Design, Industrial Design, etc.)

2. 2-3 years Physical Security preferably BPO industry

3. Strong communication, reporting and orientation skills and knowledgeable

about PCI-DSS

4. Strong Technical Skills, such as Asset Protection and Associate Safety,Guard force Management,Security Systems Management,Security and Safety Awareness Training ,Emergency Response Management, and Crisis Management and Disaster Recovery
