Job Title: IGCSE Physics Teacher (Secondary School)
Location: Chaoyang District, Beijing

Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Physics Teacher to inspire secondary school students. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making physics engaging and accessible, fostering a deep understanding of fundamental principles while encouraging scientific inquiry and critical thinking. You will be responsible for cultivating a stimulating learning environment where students can explore the laws of the universe from the subatomic to the cosmic scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver dynamic and rigorous physics lessons for secondary school students, aligning with the school's curriculum.
Promote scientific literacy and a passion for physics through demonstrations, hands-on laboratory experiments, and project-based learning.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely and effective feedback to support their academic growth.
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, resilience, and collaborative problem-solving.
Maintain and manage physics laboratory equipment, ensuring a safe and effective practical learning environment.
Participate in departmental meetings, school events, professional development, and parent-teacher conferences.
Mentor and guide students in scientific projects and potentially support participation in physics Olympiads or science competitions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physics, Engineering, or a closely related field.
Certification: A valid teaching qualification/license.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven, successful teaching experience in Physics at the secondary school level.
Background: Strong academic knowledge and a passion for the subject of Physics.
Language: Proficient English language skills are required for instruction and communication.
