Basic Summary of Position: The position will be based in the Mississauga, Ontario facility and will be considered a part- time employee in the labour pool. Employees will be employed on a call-in basis that will align with business needs. Hours will change based on business needs. Will need to be available to work at least 24 hours in a week. The Picker/Packer is responsible for manually picking small electrical products to fulfill customer orders and then packing them for shipment. Requirements of Position: Manually picking and packing orders using a cart or a pump truck Use of SAP and RF guns for confirming orders Perform cycle counts/inventory counts Operate the computer system to create packing slips and shipping labels Perform customer pick-ups as required Additional duties as required. Qualifications Criteria: Applicants must have excellent verbal & written English skills. Attention to detail; a positive attitude and the ability to be a team player. Be punctual, reliable and flexible Work safety, wear PPE including safety shoes and follow personal hygiene rules Must have good and general computer skills Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unaided and operate a hand cart.
