JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pilot Plant Operation

1.Provide hands on new product trial for R&D team, get the know-how of the new product from R&D team following the procedure.

2. Prepare the process documents and procedure of operation for trail production in pilot plant.

3. Work with the production supervisor to arrange the trial production in pilot plant to meet the schedule requirement of R&D team, keep a close communication with R&D team during the trial on process control, parameter setting and trouble shooting. Fully support the R&D team to get the expected result from the trail production.

Process Management & Optimization

1.In charge of know-how of the process, prepare the process introduction and all necessary documents(NCR report, trouble shooting, etc).

2. Give training of process to the production team, maintain the team have well skills level and know-how to keep the production stable and effective.

3. Monitor the daily process data (parameter, yields etc.) to predict possible performance issues and to propose a plan to fix the issues when they may happen.

Continous Improvement Process

1. Constantly try to identify new ways to improve the process (better yields, better quality etc.) and work closly with the Production Supervisor to propose detailed plans for how to make these improvements.

2. Lead the process optimizing project to improve the quality and efficiency of production.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION

1. Minimum Bachelor degree, major in Chemical Engineering/ Polymer materials. Master will be promoted.

2. It will be a promoted if the candidate hold a 6 sigma green belt.

3. Must be able to effectively communicate ideas in research, operations environments.

4. Ability to work in a chemical laboratory and plant environment.

5. Good written and verbal communication skills.

6. Production experience is preferred
