动画制作流程技术总监 Pipeline Technical Director 和 Systems Engineer/Network Engineer 系统工程师/网络工程师

Responsibilities 职责：

• Pipeline TDs develop, support, and improve on production workflows within the studio. Pipeline TDs work closely with each department to ensure that asset data migrates to and from each department in a lean and efficient manner. Pipeline TDs often also develop, support, and improve workflow tools relating to how artists execute their jobs.

Requirements 要求：

• The ability to engineer tools that support modern animation production.
• Proficiency in Python
• Proficiency with various Linux environments (specifically RHEL)
• Experience developing within Maya, Nuke, Houdini, Zbrush, and Substance environments.
• Familiarity with documentation systems for any tools developed in house
• Excellent problem-solving ability.
• Detail oriented and self-motivated ability to multitask
• An excellent understanding of the entire visual effects process, from storyboarding to final color correction.
• An understanding of networking and performance tracking for automated toolsets.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for learning
• Adaptable and flexible to shifting production demands
• Familiarity with C++ and MEL a plus
• Familiarity with version control system similar to Git
• Familiarity with a task/request/bug tracking system similar to Jira

Desirable Skills

• Conversational English is desirable for communicating with offices in Los Angeles
• Any artistic inclination or film background is a fun bonus for this position
• Familiarity with open source projects such as Blender, Krita, Audacity

Systems Engineer/Network Engineer 系统工程师/网络工程师

Responsibilities 职责：

• The Network Engineer designs, implements, and maintains network solutions in conjunction with international systems and development teams to provide and maintain studio infrastructure.

Requirements 要求：

• Three or more years of work experience
• Bachelor degree or above in computer science
• Experience deploying and appending to large-scale networks, and load-balancing live networks
• Proficiency in Linux (Redhat/Centos distros preferred)
• Hands-on experience building and troubleshooting enterprise-class server hardware
• Practical experience with security infrastructure and services including 802.1X , NAC , firewall, intrusion and threat protection platforms, AAA , RADIUS , DNS , NTP , monitoring and logging
• Proficiency in Python and C++ a plus
• Familiar with Scrum and Agile principles and strategies
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for learning
• Adaptable and flexible to shifting production demands
• Conversational English is desirable for communicating with offices in Los Angeles

太崆动漫TAIKO STUDIOS 故事
第一幕：2011年6月，张少甫研究生（旧金山艺术学院）毕业作品《龙娃》获得第38届奥斯卡学生奥斯卡金奖。
第二幕：2013年10月，张少甫因在任索尼影业担任动画师的三年间，参与制作的《精灵旅社》、《亚瑟圣诞》、《天降美食》、《大力水手》全球票房大卖，贡献突出，两次获得索尼内部推荐安妮奖提名。
第三幕：2014年2月，张少甫加入迪士尼，担任迪士尼高级动画师、创意组成员、迪士尼六大著名培训师之一、软件开发组成员，获得迪士尼内部推荐安妮奖提名。
第四幕：2014年3月，张少甫，Bobby Pontillas, Andrew Chesworth, Joy Johnson, Andrew Jennings 参与制作的《冰雪奇缘》获得第86届奥斯卡金像奖***动画长片。
第五幕：2014年3月，Joy Johnson因《冰雪奇缘》艾莎***角色绑定技术卓越，获得全球绑定（rigging)届最高荣誉——美国视觉效果工会奖（VES）金奖。
第六幕：2015年3月，迪士尼张少甫、Joy Johnson，Bobby Pontillas和Andrew Chesworth共同制作由Patrick Osborne导演的精美短片《美味盛宴》将87届奥斯卡***动画短片收入囊中。
第七幕：2015年，张少甫，Bobby Pontillas, Andrew Chesworth, Joy Johnson, Andrew Jennings与迪士尼顶尖团队一起凭借参与制作的《超能陆战队》摘得奥斯卡奖。
第八幕：2016年，张少甫被迪士尼任命为《巨人》/（Gigantic）动画导演。
第九幕：2016年3月，张少甫，Bobby Pontillas, Andrew Chesworth, Joy Johnson, Andrew Jennings凭借《疯狂动物城》再次斩获奥斯卡奖。
第十幕：2017年，张少甫，Bobby Pontillas, Andrew Chesworth, Joy Johnson, Andrew Jennings 参与制作的《海洋奇缘》全球票房大卖。
第十一幕：2017年初，太崆动漫在洛杉矶和武汉创立工作室，吸收了全球和中国***动画人才，特别是在武汉组建了一支中国优秀的动画团队。太崆洛杉矶团队和武汉团队共同创作创意，开始开发制作《冲破天际》动画短片。
第十二幕：2018年3月，Bobby Pontillas因 《魔发奇缘：幸福前奏》获安妮奖***角色设计提名。
第十三幕：2018年9月20日，太崆动漫的首部作品《冲破天际》全球发布，在全球各大视频平台播放爆棚，获得了辉煌成就。《冲破天际》参加了100多个国际电影/动画节，目前开奖了80几个中《冲破天际》获得64个入选，已经获得SIGGRAPH, Rhold Island International Film Festival(RIIFF)（RIIFF评委高度好评：赏心悦目，精彩绝伦，感人至深，把我看哭了。）Palm Springs International Film Festival 等23项国际大奖，14个奥斯卡资格影展奖，《冲破天际》已经入围2019年3月奥斯卡动画短片奖提名池。在中国动画历史上这是第一次。这支“奥斯卡奖”团队一出手就是一部国际一流冲击奥斯卡奖的优秀作品。
第十四幕：2018年太崆动漫正在开发5个动画大片和系列剧，她们是《J计划》、《O计划》、《P计划》、《B计划》以及《D计划》。太崆正在全球招聘优秀动画人才加入这支“奥斯卡”团队。
第十五幕：2018年太崆动漫为企业制作了许多优秀的动画创意作品，包括商业广告设计、logo、动画短片等等。
第十六幕：招募全球立志创作好莱坞动画电影，剧集的优秀人才加入太崆动漫，共同制作2019年动画系列剧，原创短片项目，2020年开启动画长片制作，2021年底完成90分钟梦想大片，共同谱写点燃全球观众的动画奏鸣曲！
第十七幕：2019年太崆动漫将制作完成更加精彩的26集动画系列剧；动画短片，并全球各大视频平台上播放。同时，太崆的第一部90分钟动画大片会加快开发和前期制作进度。
第十八幕：2020年太崆动漫将有更多的动画系列剧问世。第一部动画大片进入前期和中期制作。
