Job Description

• Ensure company safety policy are followed and implemented.

• Provide piping and process design support for capital projects including scope, budget and schedule development as required.

• Work with other design engineers to develop and maintain design packages and solutions that are within the scope of the capital project which are accurate, workable, economical, and in compliance with all standards, codes, and specifications.

与其他专业的工程师合作完成工厂改造项目设计内容和解决方案，在项目范围内确保准确、可行、经济且符合所有标准和规范

• According to the project requirements and chemical process technical condition, manage and audit the completion of the relevant design of the pipeline profession including related drawings, material lists and data sheets, etc.

根据公司项目任务要求，按工艺专业条件，管理和审核完成管道专业的设计，包括相关的图纸、材料清单和数据表等

• Support the construction site, supervise project pipeline change, and ensure the quality of the project.

支持施工现场，监督工艺管道的相关变更，确保工程质量

• Ensure company safety policy are followed and implemented. Manage and deliver Discipline Inherent Safety design be managed in daily design execute.

确保公司安全政策得到遵守和实施. 贯彻和落实日常管道专业本质安全设计.

• As a key engineering team member, take lead Piping/ Process discipline design for assigned sustaining capital project following project target and boundary. Transfer it to design task, manage daily discipline design progress and quality, provide assurance to discipline deliverables.

作为设计团队的核心成员，在指定的工程改造项目中根据项目的目标和范围领导管道和工艺专业设计。把项目目标转换成专业设计任务，管理日常管道专业设计进度和质量，并对管道专业设计做审核。

• Ensure the stakeholder alignment be well embedded in daily work. Work with other design engineers to develop and maintain design packages and solutions that are within the scope of the capital project which are accurate, workable, economical, and in compliance with all standards, codes, and specifications.

确保日常与项目利益相关人的长期友好沟通和交流。同时，与其他专业的工程师合作完成工厂改造项目设计内容和解决方案，在项目范围内确保准确、可行、经济且符合所有标准和规范

• Be as a key interface with ALB process team, to understand the process requirements and ensure it’s incorporated into multidiscipline tasks. The role might be assigned as project Engineering Manager, if required.

作为与工艺团队的主要接口，了解基础工艺需求并且确保需求被融入到各专业工作任务中。按照项目需求，也可能会作为项目设计经理被任命到项目中。

• Fullfill ALB APP requirement, support and deliver related engineering management related deliverables，support functional team complete Cost, Schedule, quality etc tasks.

满足雅保项目管理流程的需求，支持和完成设计管理相关部分的要求，同时也支持别的职能完成相关的任务，譬如：费用估算，进度计划，质量管理等。

• Develop the technical needs for procurement, ensure the right specification input for purchase and check the vendor quotation.

编制采买相关的技术需求，确保正确的规格和数据表用于采购并且审查供应商技术报价。

• Support the construction site, supervise project process and pipeline change, and ensure the quality of the project.

支持施工现场，监督工艺和管道的相关变更，确保工程质量
