Piping Engineer(Insect)管道工程师(新业务-昆虫)

Duties
- Work with Process Engineers and lead CAD/ piping design work, deliver high-quality drawing/ specification for an insect farming opportunities.
- Evaluate customer green/brown land/ local regulation, and draft preliminary plant layout and 3D drawing.
- Co-work with team members to establish insect farming standard process and develop technical specification, equipment list, installation guideline and spare parts list.
- Lead and co-operate with Buhler departments and create insect plant drawing package in PW and standardize liquid equipment symbol database.
- Support Project Manager efficiently and involve in project execution phases, during: project technical meeting, bidding documentation, project milestone meeting, testing and commissioning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Mechnical Engineering/ Chemical Process Engineering/ Food Processing or related disciplines.
- 5~8 years and above, as Project Engineer/ Process Design Engineer with proof of sufficient skills.
- Profound knowledge of simultaneous development processes in Food Processing/ Pharmaceutical/ Brewer and Beverage/ Dairy.
- Sound technical knowledge and experience in concept/ detailed design of complex industrial projects.
- Thorough understanding and proficiency on P&ID diagrams reading and drafting.
- Competent in drafting mechanical layout and piping design independently, in complex industrial process environment.
- Detailed knowledge in the use of AutoCAD & Bentley 3D modelling.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
- Good communication skill and able to interface effectively internally and externally
- Willing to learn new market intelligence and technical know-how.
- Able to travel to project locations (domestic and international) and support site work.
