Ready for a sizzling career move? You will play a pivotal role in our kitchen working alongside a fantastic team. The food you prepare, cook and serve makes our guests smile and wanting more.

What you will be doing:

• To consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow colleagues
• To ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte andor buffet menus according to hotel recipes and standards
• Business planning and organization
• Preparing the working environment in accordance with the hygiene rules
• Kneading the pita dough, adjusting its weight and dividing it as much as the number of pita
• Rolling the dough with his hands according to the type of pita he will make
• Igniting the furnace, getting the furnace ready for use
• Cooking at the appropriate temperature and time
• Portioning the cooked pitas by cutting and making them ready for service
• Maintenance and cleaning of the oven and the materials it uses, etc. performing duties and operations

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous experience in the culinary field required
• Diploma Certification in a Culinary discipline an asset
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
