The Department
IT Enterprise Solutions Department provides high-quality and innovative business application solutions (non-wagering) and IT services to all divisions and departments within the Club in the portfolios of Racing, Customer and International Business Development , Corporate Planning, Branding, Membership, Charities and Community, Legal and Compliance, Corporate Affairs, People and Organisational Development, Finance, Audit, Property, Security & Integrity, and Integrated Project Management Office.
IT Programme Management Office (ITPMO) is responsible for the overall project governance function, providing direction, guidance, coordination and management of the Project Management processes and deliverables.
The Job
- Support Project Manager to update project schedule and track project activities
- Prepare, update and track project issues log and risk register
- Attend user requirement and system design workshops
- Prepare, update and review process documents, design specifications and technical specifications
- Prepare data for testing
- Support the project team for project documentation
About You
- A university student in Information Technology or other related discipline;
- Basic knowledge of project management, programming and process documentation;
- Positive attitude and eager to learn IT project delivery lifecycle;
- Good at presentation and writing skills.
Terms of Employment
Temporary contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate.
Employment period: 12 months.
