• Responsible for Cosmetic Ingredients (CI) Supply Chain coordination in China
• Being part of the Materials Management member of CI team to help coordinate the activities involved in the supply chain like purchasing, planning, production, warehousing
• Establish supply chain best practice processes and support to optimize value of the entire function and minimize supply chain risk, ensuring all targets are met or exceeded
• Responsible for Country working capital of local CI stock with emphasis on DOH, inventory and safety stock management
• Control of materials from the receipt of forecasting replenishment needs to the delivery of the finished product and delivery of products to customers in coordination with customer service and logistic

The ideal candidate should fulfill at least one or in best case several of the following qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Chemistry or Industrial Engineering or related fields
• Experience in Supply Chain Management highly preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in the Material Planning
• Technical background in the field of cosmetic ingredients
• Experience in Demand & Supply Planning, Procurement is a benefit
• Detailed knowledge of end-to-end value chain approach and best practices

In addition the following skills are required:

• Strong project management and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical skills, structured work stile
• Able to prioritize, plan and organize
• Good judgment and decision making
• Good communication and networking skills
• Fluency in English (written / spoken)
• SAP knowledge, MS Office skills
