PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Serve as local contact window to customer, and communication bridge between Demand Planning team and local supply management teams, to monitor the performance of order fulfillment.
• Maintain routine reports to provide clear view of supply, inventory and forecast change to customer and management team.
• Manage NPI to meet RTS request, and EOL to estimate any excess inventory.
• Track goods inbound logistics performance, to ensure on time delivery and arrange expedition shipment for urgent order, work with Forwarder to solve logistics issues and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain FG commitment into customer system, daily/weekly communication with customer to get timely information of demand or priority change, build up good business relationship and credit record.
• Co-work with supplier management team to monitor the performance of supply commitment, ensure immediate support to meet the priority changes and any rush order, and consolidate the over all supply information to WW Demand Planning team to adjust Lxk forecast and revenue plan.
• Monitor healthy inventory DOS, keep dynamic balance of fulfilling customer demand and reducing Lxk inventory excess risk. Highlight to Geo S&OP coordinators to revise the forecast if inventory showing increasing trend, as well as to push sales improvement to marketing team, even customer directly.
• Support to track quality issue, work with engineering team and warehouse team on rework/refresh, etc, to solve the quality issues.
• Be able to collect key messages(highlights, lowlights), to hold review meeting with management team, to review the issues, propose solutions, and follow up the executions.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree required, Emphasis on Operations, or Supply Chain & Logistics would be ideal
• Must have at least 6 years related working experience
• Previous experience with customer service and order fulfillment would be preferred
• Have good understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.
• Poficient in Excel and powerpoint, familiar with SAP system
• Professional English
• Must have strong sense of customer service and communication skill
• Capable of working independently and flexibly, sensitive to data analysis
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Must be able to take direction from remote sources and respond quickly
