主要工作职责：
- 生产计划负责产品的制造计划与管理的各个方面。执行和协调不同生产阶段产品的生产规划和调度工作，从而完成生产进度计划、劳动负荷和容量要求。根据时间计划表，确定材料和部件的要求，以确保满足生产要求；
- 生产计划需要用一个高效的方式，使得各部门之间的工作按计划进行。同时，需详细的记录各个生产参数，包括所有的生产状态和出货时间期。最后，确保满足客户生产需求；
- 收集总部划分的生产需求，并交付出货计划；
- 产能规划负责预测未来产能需求，计算需求与现有产能的差，制定并评价规划产能扩张方案;
- 产能规划负责设计与优化生产区域布局，改善生产效率，增加空间利用率;
- 密切跟踪并采取必要的行动，以确保计划的按时完成；
- 快速响应客户的需求，包括紧急产品调控，报表制度，优先级安排等；
- 生产指标的监测和报告；
- 当生产线出现了不可预期的风险，需与其它部门协调来解决生产计划问题(工程部，物流，质量管理等)；

- 熟悉Office, SQL, ODBC等操作与应用；
