• Maintain MRP master data and process workflow in SAP

• Plan,update and improve master production schedule according to customer forecast and resources

• Customer PO management and ensure on time delivery to customer

• Evaluate production capacity and work with production to secure the required rescource

• Forecast accuracy management, history and forecast trends analysis

• Balance demands and supply to optimize the production resource

• Inventory Management FERT and HALB

• KPI and department reporting

职位要求：

Previous demonstrated experience in production/materials planning/MRP required.

Good communication skills, both written and oral / interpersonal.

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions (P/D/C/A).

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Windows programs, emphasis on Excel

Understanding and experience with integrated manufacturing software systems.

Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.

3 years of scheduling & planning experience in a electronics manufacturing environment preferred.
