Overall Responsibilities:Manage a group of products under the business segments to ensure factory meet commit and product priorities in the Production Scheduling horizon thru monitoring factory execution as needed.Own to work out and communicate the factory recovery plan to stakeholders when there is factory performance issue or excursionConnect to Supply Chain Partner for supply analysis, transactional activities needed and be able to link back the result to the factory or stakeholders for supply analysis needed. This includes working with process owner on process capability and enhancement.Participate in line execution issue (induced by Planning) and work out the solutions to ensure smooth factory execution and no impact to order supportFactory facing person to support product excursion managementAdequate technical capability and coordination skills in managing business needs and customer requirement.Apply lean and drive continuous improvement in site owned activities for improved efficiency 30 percent of the resource will be allocated for team administrative job - tracking and monitoring of product reports, department rep for Planning and Site admin related activities, logistics activities (e.g. setting of meetings, assisting planners for office equipment's and other logistics task)
Qualifications
Education Background in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or relevant fields
Have 2 years of experienced with Supply Chain (Planning, Logistics, Materials)
