Responsibility:
l Lead the strategic planning effort to compliment ATL&BTL initiatives and bring strong foundation to uncover:
l Fresh and innovative insights/business opportunities
l Inspiring creative ideas in digital, PR, interactive, CRM, and others.
l Partner with creative and account management peers to develop business-winning ideas at all points of customer contact.
l Ensure strong collaborative relationship within the groups.
l Orchestrate externally with partners to consistently elevate the quality of thinking and ideas applied to the client business.
l Crafts creative briefs and provides clear persuasive briefings to creative colleagues.
l Create and support opportunities for new business.
l Collaborate with senior clients and regularly provide cultural/social insights and recommendations to their business dynamics.
l Identify opportunities to constantly improve the quality of thinking applied to client business.
l Oversee and complete all administrative responsibilities required for department heads by the agency.
Required Skills:
l Minimum 8 years’ experience in international planning environment.
l Integrated marketing planning experience preferred.
l Marketing background and strong marketing trends’ insight/analytical skills.
l Ability to think creatively and evidence of success in developing brands and delivering them to market.
l Works well under pressure in multi-dimensional context.
l Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Mandarin and English.
l Available for potential frequent travel.
