We are looking for 2 engineers to join our Assembly and Environment Planning HUB team in Sebes.
Responsibilities for Assembly topics:
- Planning of assembly equipment and Assembly Lines;
- Creates technical premises, collaborates with plant departments and suppliers of equipment and lines, prepares purchasing premises;
- Improves production processes in the existing Assembly Lines;
- Coordinates and monitors activities of the line suppliers on company's site;
- Creates measures and alternative plans for modifications of lines during production.
Responsibilities for Environment topics:
- Planning of filtration equipment, exhaust systems, oil installations, all related to machining and assembly lines;
- Improves the existing environment protection methods used within the company, improves the existing filtration, exhaust and oil systems;
- Coordinates and monitors activities of the equipment suppliers on company's site;

- (For Assembly) Technical university degree (Bachelor/Master) in Automotive Engineering / Mechanical Engineering/ Electromechanics/ Industrial Engineering/ Production management or similar type of studies;
- (For Environment) Technical university degree (Bachelor/Master) in Environment Engineering /Mechanical Engineering/ Industrial Engineering/ Production management or similar type of studies;
- English command – minimum B1; Romanian language is a must; German command would be an asset;
- Work experience in assembly, production, logistics, project management or design in an automotive or manufacturing company, would be an asset;
- Mobility for medium term international assignments is mandatory;
- Basic knowledge of CAD software and technical drawings, Siemens NX would be an asset;
- Very Good PC knowledge: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Soft skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment (international experience is an asset);
- Good degree of autonomy, orientated to result and target reaching;
- Good self-management and very good communication skills;
- Structured approach of tasks.
