We are looking for an engineer to join our Planning - Layout team in Sebes.
Responsabilities:
- Register the layouts in Daimler systems;
- Improve the existing layouts;
- Update documents regarding the build area and available space;
- Connect the assembly machines to different utilities (power, air, water);
- Coordinate the project team in the equipment-positioning phase;

- Technical university degree (Bachelor/Master) in Mechanical Engineering/ Electromechanics/ Industrial Engineering/ Production management or similar type of studies;
- English command – minimum B1; Romanian language is a must; German command would be an asset;
- Work experience in production, assembly, logistics, project management or design in an automotive or manufacturing company, would be an asset;
- Mobility for short term international assignments is mandatory;
- Good PC knowledge: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Basic knowledge of CAD software and technical drawings;
Soft skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment (international experience is an asset);
- High degree of autonomy, flexibility, good capacity of self-management, very good communication skills and tenacity;
No VISA sponsorhip offered, available working permit needed.
