Responsibilities:

• Prepare resourced project baseline program (PBP)
• Ensure PDP resource levels are maintained / bettered and raise exception reports if exceeded
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports – internal and external
• Performs monthly progress updates on baseline schedule
• Prepare any requested derivatives from the PBP as necessary for efficient works execution
• Advise on any identified program / methodology improvements to offer improved efficiency
• Ensure site reporting is sufficiently detailed and accurate to ensure the foregoing is achievable
• Maintain detailed and accurate records for claims situations that may arise
• Manage the schedule and plan for the project, including design, statutory submissions and approvals, procurement process, construction, inspection
• Coordinate technical input from various departmental disciplines
• Innovative thinking on technical approaches for construction projects
• Analysis and consolidate technical methodology for tender preparation Reporting

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Civil Engineering or relevant disciplines
• Member of a professional International civil engineering / tunneling institute preferable
• 20+ years’ of relevant work experience in large scale civil engineering projects, which at least 10 should be in a planning / programming role
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediately available is preferred
