Responsible for the management, leadership and development of the Planning Department Maintain an appropriate level of inventory following corporate standards Control that customer (internal and external) response is made on time and develop realistic daily plans considering capacity and raw material availability. Monitor and check accuracy of supply and inventory data in related systems.Ensures material liability coverage and master schedule data integrity. Support sourcing team to pursue supplier on time delivery; Creates and implements new planning strategies. Reviews capacity modules and schedules. Lead continuous improvement for stock and logistic cost reduction; Monitors Key Performance Metrics of the Department. Analyzes revenue trends for the plant and provides updates to stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor degree or above 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations with strong background in supply chain planning, quality and/or materials management, including exposure to business process redesign and systems implementations. Be familiar with ERP system and computer skills. Good English in reading, writing and speaking.
