• Review and analyze customer demand/order patterns and provide constructive suggestion for raw material buffer set up to shorten leadtime to market
• Work together with Supply Planner and Global Demand/Supply Planning team to review demand pattern and supply strategy accordingly
• Drive for meeting Billing target, reducing overdue backlog
• Support team member to work with upstream better understand the agreement between company and Customer for further implementation
• Monitor and review MPD, CRD, leadtime, and inventory
• Lead team to timely instruct buyers on raw material incoming date and qty in order to manage inventory properly
• Order cancellation/push out, drive Sales to take timely action
• Review current process and practice and lead team to improve its efficiency
• Explore SAP utilization rate

• Bachelor degree
• 8 years experience in Planning with sizable manufacturing sites
• Skilled in SAP operations
• Good interpersonal skills and team work spirit
• Fluent oral and written English
