Responsibilities:-  

• Draw up ideas in response to passenger demand and market change. Evaluate business case
• Assist in data collection and financial assessment
• Compile regular analytic reports
• Handle public suggestions on bus services
• Assist in bus service publicity
• Field observations may be required from time to time

Requirements:-  

• Degree in Transport, Geography, Logistics or Business Administration. Level 4 or above in Mathematics of the HKDSE;
• 2-3 years of working experience in relevant fields;
• Good understanding of road, infrastructure, public transport networks and travel characteristics in Hong Kong;
• Possess class 1 driving licence;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Experience in analytical and programming tools will be an advantage;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Planning Officer.
