Role Description:

• Lead and improve the S&OP process and system across all APAC plants and create statistical forecasts. Provide the visibility of demand in short, and mid to long term strategic plan,
• Build and lead the continuous improvement of forecast accuracy performance, ensure supply respond to market in timely manner.
• Work closely with marketing, R&D on NPI and promotions plan, build accurate volume projection into forecast
• Lead monthly S&OP cycle in APAC level. Drive and conduct monthly demand consensus process and generate single agreed demand, translate into master production plan to guide all plants monthly production.
• Identifies opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness by analysis on the demand in different level.
• Accountability of delivering high standard of customer service level, OTIF and Lead time.
• Joint accountability of inventory management, ensure quality of inventory and inventory turn meet defined targets.

• Coordinate with sales the delivery plan and manage the planning change;
• Coordinate operational teams to ensure OTD and balance Sales/ Inventory/ Workload;
• Lead and Optimize enterprise S&OP process;
• Supervise the production plan construction to meet the sales/inventory target with considering workload.
• Supervise the Material plan to meet the production plan.
• Lead and Optimize enterprise MPS;
• Prepare the finance year sales budge

• Education/Training At least Bachelor degree, with knowledge of Supply Chain management, Demand/Planning Management, project management will be a plus
• Professional Experience

• At least 5 years working experience on the job of Supply Chain management, Demand/Planning management in a manufacturing circumstance
• Experience of Material planning, production plan and inventory control
• Experiences of ERP system (experience in QAD is plus)
