This exciting role offers opportunity to: • Manage all aspects of the master planning, demand planning, production planning, material planning, inventory and shipping support activities for both Xi’an ad CBI; • Manage purchasing activities of raw material, finished goods and indirect material for both Xi’an and CBI; • Know the market dynamics, get information from customers and sales to build the foundation of planning result; • Develop production & material planning processes and tools to support business activities including meeting customer delivery requirements and inventory optimization; • Deploy SIOP process, organize the SIOP meeting, to generate the master plan and material plan by analysing actual history demand and further market demand; • Analyse material shortages and work with sourcing team & suppliers for speedy recovery plans including just-in-time delivery, supplier-managed inventory; • Work cross functionally to deal with excess and obsolete inventory timely for cost recovery and storage efficiency; • Coordinate vendor management, and push the suppliers in terms of quality, delivery, inventory control to meet the company's requirements; • Drive improvement initiatives of internal processes, skills development, and operations performance; • Support physical inventory activities to keep inventory with high accuracy. Qualifications • Bachelor degree in Engineering/Logistics, or equivalent; • 5 years+ experiences in a manufacturing environment; • Solid knowledge of supply chain management, preferably three years prior experience in the same position; • Strong planning skills • Excellent analytical skills and possess the ability to identify problems, trends; develop solutions and implement a course of action; • Good communication skills including written and verbal in English and Chinese; • good time management ability • excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams • the ability to lead and motivate a team Yes!
