The Supply Line Lead is responsible for planning ownership of a supply chain link.
As the New Mexico (NM) Disaggregation Manufacturing Org (DMO) Planning Supply Line Lead, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
Influence and recommend issue resolution strategies in supply chain areas using data-driven decision-making across appropriate Key Stakeholders and Management levels.
Drive continuous process and project improvements.
Conduct scenario "what if" planning for engineering, products, processes, and inventory strategies when necessary.
Development, integration, optimization, coordination, communication, and driving execution of engineering production planning schedules, forecasts, materials, build plan and capacity requirements, and business and inventory strategies to meet business and customer requirements in collaboration with cross-organizational supply chain stakeholders.
Convert manufacturing and business requirements into actionable strategies and tactics as they relate to inventory health/optimization; streamlined / reliable services and logistics; and supplier delivery performance.
Monitor the acquisition of materials in support of ramping factories, and sustaining factories.
Analyze supply vs. demand.
Help to set the supply priorities for the factory.
Communicate and coordinate supply.
Drive and participate in the development of system/process improvements and supply chain solutions across organizational teams.
Own the quality of the business processes and continuous improvement.
Lead point of contact between planning and manufacturing.
Ensure Planning team deadlines are met.
Point of Contact (POC) for factory supply performance metrics.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
The candidate must possess at least one of the following degrees plus the years of experience determined for each degree in the areas specified below:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, or another related field of study with 4+ years of relevant experience.
Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of relevant experience.
This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
Logistics experience
Supply/demand planning experience
Fab and/or assembly operations experience
New Product Introduction (NPI)
Commit/demand systems
2+ years of people management and leadership roles experience
