Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Based on the company's strategic goals, develop and implement overseas market promotion strategies to enhance brand awareness and market share;
2. Responsible for conducting competitive analysis and industry dynamic research in overseas markets, providing data support, and optimizing market promotion plans;
3. Coordinate and manage overseas advertising placement, media promotion, social platform operations, and other related work to enhance user growth and activity;
4. Collaborate with local overseas teams to implement marketing activities and monitor their effectiveness, and adjust marketing strategies in a timely manner;
5. Track user feedback in overseas markets, analyze market trends, and provide suggestions for product improvement;
6. Develop and maintain daily operational processes for overseas markets to ensure projects are completed on time and achieve expected results;
7. Support customer service and communication in overseas markets to ensure customer satisfaction;
8. Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in marketing, international trade, advertising or related fields; Priority given to Filipino nationality
More than 2.2 years of experience in overseas market planning or operation, with priority given to those with experience in cross-border e-commerce or overseas advertising placement;
3. Familiar with the characteristics of overseas markets and user needs, possessing certain market analysis skills;
4. Possess good cross-cultural communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to collaborate efficiently with teams from different regions;
5. Good English speaking and written expression skills, proficient in daily English communication and document writing;
6. Possess innovative thinking and the ability to propose and execute creative marketing plans;
7. Proficient in using Office software, knowledge of data analysis tools is preferred;
8. Strong sense of responsibility, able to complete tasks under pressure, and possessing strong time management skills.
