As a Planning and Steering Project Coordinator you will be responsible for coordinating and steering the Human Resources projects, following up the milestone planning, and supporting the strategic projects such as: indicators, compensation analysis and working time.

You will be supporting strategic Human Resources projects at Plant San Luis Potosi. Develops, evaluates, and provides HR input on strategic long-term topics to include making or buying evaluations as well as developing and presenting the financial, associate and business overview to form and presents final HR recommendations. Provides the HR perspective with regards to Plant headcount, financial and critical steering activities both internally within the Plant and externally to Central and Corporate business partners.

Your work will focus on monitoring the fulfillment of milestones for all HR functions, steering workshops, and processes, as well as monitoring risk and management. Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing and ensuring the maturation of HR strategic project planning premises for efficient application across the project.

Also you will analyze internal and external Compensation and Benefits schemes to evaluate the effectiveness and derives strategies and measures in order to maintain the competitiveness and attractiveness of BMW as an employer.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Business Economics or related field of study.

• 2+ year at BMW.

• 3+ years of experience in a business strategy function in Human Resources area and/or Business Strategy function.

• 3+ years of experience in project management, financial planning, compensation, budgeting and leadership.

• 3+ years of experience working in cross-functional collaboration, implementing complex initiatives in manufacturing environment.

• Advanced office skills.
