Job responsibilities：

1. Responsible for the creation and coordination of the planning projects of the urban-rural integration rural international new area.

2. Responsible for planning and design. According to the current planning principles and design specifications, scientific thinking, analysis, operation of the current project, to provide a reasonable and effective planning and design scheme, design ideas to deepen and refine the urban planning and design scheme.

3. Responsible for program report. Introducing the design in professional and mature language.

4. Responsible for the preparation of work plans. Preparing the design documents and related schedule and cost plan for each stage of the plan.

5. Responsible for organizing the planning and design, continuously deepening and improving the design during the construction process to ensure the implementation of the design scheme.

6. Responsible for organizing the whole process of landscape design, reviewing on-site design changes, and monitoring the effect of landscape implementation.

7. Responsible for thematic research. The development trend of similar projects in planning and design at home and abroad, and providing thematic research results report.

Requirements：

1. Bachelor degree or equivalent in landscape architecture, architecture, civil and construction Engineering or civil engineering.

2. More than five years of relevant design experience, familiar with relevant domestic planning norms; European and American designer in China for more than one year.

3. Strong ability of scheme design and expression or rich ability of scheme deepening, preliminary expansion and construction drawing; mature planting design capability is preferred.

4. Have strong oral expression ability, communication ability and written expression ability, as well as organizational ability and sense of responsibility.

5. Having a strong spirit of innovation and teamwork, and dedicated, research and dedication.

6. Strong ability of scheme conception, capable of completing the planning scheme of large-scale projects as the backbone, and experienced in project management and team management.

7. Independently engaged in urban master planning, strategic planning, detailed planning, urban design and other projects, with the qualification of certified planner is preferred.

8. Having project responsibility or project manager in a large planning and design company is preferred.
