• Performs standard price and transfer price calculation, analysis price development and impact to operating profit.
• Calculate work centers activity rates and share business function cost allocation between CN legal entities.
• Work with operation function teams including sales, maintenance and share business functions to conduct monthly rolling forecast, annual budget, analyze and comment deviation with actual, monthly interpret roadmap to breakdown sales revenue, EBIT, working capital and cash generation. Provide comments and insights to management teams for improvement and cost control.
• Participate in improvement projects, e.g. Green belt projects, lean projects.
• CAPEX control and evaluate past year investments return.
• Organize trainings to cost center owners for cost control in efficient way.
• Attend the monthly BU controlling con-call.
• Ad-hoc financial analysis support for business decisions.

Experience:

? Minimum 3 years experience in financial planning preferably in manufacturing environment and chemical industry.

? Willing to travel, 1-2 weeks per month.

Skills:

? Strong knowledge of IFRS and PRC.

? Interpersonal skills and Communicative skills, Good team player

? Be intelligent, hard-working and careful ? Skillful in MS Office application and SAP, BW.

? Fluent English in reading, writing and speaking ? Results-driven ? Good analytical and problem solving skills in a complex environment
