Day to Day Responsibilities:

Accurate and timely month-end closing for Jiangmen plant;

Report out actual financials and regular forecast (control forecast, GB and BB);

Be able to manage multiple projects/programs independently, including communicate with cross-function business teams (commercial, operation, supply chain, CSR, IT, engineering, etc.);

Analyze the cost to provide financial expertise to support operation team and PLM on modeling cost, especially for new product;

Be able to manage all the process in JM plant are fully compliance with SOX and support internal/external audit;

Ad-hoc financial analysis support for business decisions.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree accounting / Finance, CPA & MBA preferred.

8 + years experiences in Finance with minimum 4 years in management, preferably worked in a manufacturing environment and with FP&A experience.

Required Skills:

Excellent analytical skills; attention to details;

Outstanding Excel and PowerPoint skills; strong financial modeling skills;

Strong business acumen, proactive and good interpersonal skills;

Ability to multi-task and meet tight timeline;

Proficient in English;
