Job Purpose / Overview

 

• Implementa y mantiene los controles de ciber seguridad de fábrica. Documenta las tareas de mantenimiento de los controles de ciber seguridad y participa en las auditorías correspondientes.
• Es responsable de planear y ejecutar proyectos para la evolución tecnológica de los sistemas de control e información en las plantas, tanto en infraestructura como en aplicaciones, hardware y código de control, y sistemas SCADA/HMI y MES/MOM.
• Brinda soporte al equipo de ingeniería regional en la implementación de sistemas de control, automatización e información requeridos por los proyectos de capital.
• Coordina los equipos locales de control de las plantas de GDL y QRO en los proyectos e iniciativas de mejora continua.
• Provee conocimiento y soporte en los proyectos de integración de los sistemas de planta con sistemas de negocio (SAP, EWM, etc.).

 

What are we looking for?

 

Knowledge/Experience

 

• Funcionamiento y programación de controladores (PLC’s) y sistemas de I/O
• Aplicaciones SCADA/HMI
• Sistemas MES/MOM
• Conocimientos básicos de arquitectura de red y arquitectura de servidores.
• Instrumentación.
• Uso de lenguaje Transact-SQL
• Manejo de SAP.
• Ing. en Control / Ing. en Automatización / Ing. en Electrónica / Ing. en Mecatrónica / Ing. en Instrumentación
• Inglés avanzado

 

 

What would be your key responsibilities?

 

• Implementa y mantiene los controles de ciber seguridad de fábrica.

        Implementa las soluciones de remediación de acuerdo con las guías del FCSP.

       Define y coordina las actividades de mantenimiento a los controles de ciber seguridad de fábrica.

       Da seguimiento a incidentes y/o los escala con los equipos de soporte de MGS-DT.

 

• Evolución tecnológica de los sistemas de planta
  Actualizando los sistemas de planta a las versiones más recientes.
  Desarrollando nuevas aplicaciones, a través de proyectos o de iniciativas de mejora continua.

 

• Soporte a implementación de proyectos de capital.
  Selecciona, recluta y dirige a los integradores que implementan los controles en los proyectos de capital.
  Establece las especificaciones funcionales en base a los requerimientos del proyecto y de los usuarios clave.
  Define los mecanismos de generación y consulta de información del proyecto.
  Especifica equipos de control, instrumentación y de red.
  Establece el presupuesto requerido para la implementación de controles del proyecto.
  Solicita cotizaciones y hace requisiciones de compra de los tópicos de control requeridos en el proyecto.
