For us, nobody is perfect, but a team can be. #TeamInnomotics Position Overview Are you ready to help drive the financial performance of a full manufacturing facility through leading the factory finance team and providing transparency to the organization? We are looking for an experienced Leader within Financial Analysis or Accounting to join our team of 4 financial analysts. The position is for the Norwood, OH location but can be partially remote (Hybrid). Responsibilities The successful candidate will display a strong sense of ownership of their role. Specific requirements are listed below: Ensures accuracy of books and records with all applicable accounting rules and laws, including but not limited to Journal Entries, monthly balance sheet reconciliations for review with management and accounting, costing runs, etc. Leading development and drives implementation of strategic business plans Oversees all relevant production and factory KPIs, Revenue recognition, Costing, Payroll, Regulative, etc. Coordinates and drives budget, forecasting and closing processes Collaborates with technical partners to identify and drive productivity and other improvements, as well as with partners beyond the plant borders such as CRM leadership, PLM, global HQ, other plant locations, with functions like procurement, accounting and others. Ensures fulfillment of various different reporting requirements on time and in high quality, e.g. monthly performance reviews, closing commentary, cost structure analysis, etc. Supports senior leadership and the organization with ad-hoc analysis in a variety of expertise such as value flow, accounting inquiries, data transparency, etc. Manages the plant finance team, including provide coaching and development for continuous improvement. Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience BS/BA in finance, business or accounting, advanced degree may be substituted for years of experience Preferably experienced in managing teams Preferably experienced in a manufacturing environment Advanced in digitalization tools (PBI, Qlic, Tableau, etc) / MS Office / SAP Successful demonstration of key responsibilities mentioned above Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the Unites States.
