Job responsibilities:

1. According to the strategic planning of the company's overseas market, overall manage the construction of overseas factories and personnel team.

2. Guide and supervise the factory planning, production, factory management, raw material supply and quality related work, timely handle various emergencies, and ensure the smooth production;

3. Organize, implement, supervise and control various process, quality, equipment, cost, output, personnel indicators, etc. in the production process;

4. Keep abreast of the quality status in the production process, coordinate the communication and cooperation among various departments, and solve the problems in production in a timely manner;



Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in organic chemical synthesis and material chemistry is preferred;

2. At least 10 years of experience in construction and production management of large and medium-sized manufacturing plants, and at least 8 years of experience in the position of factory director/director of production and operation;

3. Familiar with the production process and production process of the industry, proficient in production operation and management, rich experience in production management, cost control, quality management, logistics management, and received training in production management, enterprise management, etc;

4. Long term stay abroad is acceptable, and English can be used as a common language. (Thai is good)
