Responsible for management, efficient operation, and continuous improvement of the Manufacturing Departments requiring diverse product, process knowledge, and interpersonal skills.

Work with Manufacturing Engineers to define improvement targets and design the process to meet target time lines. Utilize Lean Manufacturing Principles to Eliminate waste resulting in increased capacity.

Actively pursue ways to meet site yield expectation and cost objectives established by the business.

10 + years in a management role in semiconductor and electronics related products required.

Experience leading a plant turnaround.
