Manage manufacturing plant to maximize its profitable growth and return on investment. Plan, organize and control the activities of the facility

• Work closely with the local team to formulate the facility's long-term and short-term objectives consistent with and supportive of established reginal objectives and policies.
• Developing operating plans to include profitability plans, volume plans, capital and other expense budgets for achieving overall Hand Tools' objectives.
• Driving manufacturing efficiency, quality, and EHS improvement everywhere. Ensure organizational framework or strategy which is consistent with established objectives of Hand Tools business and operating effectively and efficiently to support the overall Asia's growth
• Build and develop the talents and management team, and upgrading the team execution capability that will meet the long and short-term human resource needs.
• Facilitate, support and driving the local DL hiring, training, qualification, and retention by creating a great place to work for people.
• Stimulating and encouraging innovations in supporting our engineering, technology team, ensuring continued viability and profitability of the products within the geography, and achieve an efficient and effective lean manufacturing environment.
• Driving the planning synergy and alignment within Shandong facility and the interface with other faculties within the region to ensure the delivery performance.
